Shipping policy

We want to get Norvi to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 7 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–30 business days depending on your location within the United States.

That said, we want to be upfront: because our product is manufactured in small batches to maintain quality and freshness, occasional delays can occur due to supplier manufacturing timelines that are outside of our direct control. During periods of high demand or production lead times, shipping may take longer than usual. If your order is affected by a delay, we'll do our best to keep you updated — but please know that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are provided as approximations only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Once your package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the ship date, please contact us at shopfurbalance@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
